At the School Morning Assembly, the P.E. Teacher, Mr. Seby D’Costa highlighted the importance of Yoga in one’s life. Yoga brings about balance between physical, mental and spiritual aspect of human beings. The eight elements of Yoga were explained in brief. During the P.E. periods for the day, students were taught the Yoga Prayer with meaning and were put in meditational pose (Padmasana). The students then performed the technique of breathing (Pranayama).
